Prior to engaging with Digital Paradise, Thieneman Construction served mostly public water/wastewater clients. We coordinated with Thieneman leadership to conduct rebranding activities in order to help establish credibility with new clients and expand into new markets.


Through communication with both internal and external stakeholders, Digital Paradise developed a new identity and messaging for the Thieneman brand. These efforts resulted in a new guiding principle for Thieneman Construction: Innovative Solutions | Brighter Futures. 

 

That principle guides the people at Thieneman in their efforts to sell new clients, execute quality work, and support an inclusive and fulfilling internal culture. We distributed this messaging throughout the company to first get buy-in from the people. with a redesigned logo, a redesigned website, internal and external marketing collateral, a recruiting video, and messaging for internal culture programs.
